Denying your Creator

The painting is all about the ways of men. We were all created by God, placed on a stage and HE is ever closest to us. This is represented by the brightness around the central figure on the painting, and we are all created with a talent, which is represented by the gold colourline in the figure, unfortunately, despite the presence and goodness of God all around us, we still seem to be more connected to the evil afar off. This is represented by the chain links to the darker parts of the painting.
